PBCOHE ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Forty-six years ago, K. Leroy Irvis founded the Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education to examine the impact of state and federal educational policies on persons of color in Pennsylvania and advocate for greater access for minority students, faculty and staff. This year's theme, “Innovations in Higher Education: The way forward for a diverse student population”,
explores new initiatives and strategies that have been implemented in recent years within our nation’s colleges and universities,
as well as innovations on the horizon, and how such innovations will impact minority students.
