DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

A 2-minute drive from Highway 22, this classic convention hotel sits between the Monroeville Convention Center and Monroeville Mall. Flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers and free WiFi are offered in each room, as well as sophisticated decor and custom-designed beds. Some rooms feature sitting areas with pull-out sofas. There's a bistro and wine lounge serving a breakfast buffet and seasonal small plates. There's also an indoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. Other amenities include free parking, 17,000 sq ft of event space, freshly baked cookies upon arrival and a business center.

ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURE
To reserve your room, contact the hotel directly at (412) 373-7300. When calling, please make sure to reference the PA Black Conference on Higher Education to obtain the contracted group rate.  You may also book online using the code PBC at www.doubletree3.hilton.com. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The hotel will honor reservations received by January 30, 2017.  Once a reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Central Reservation Department at 800-222-TREE (8733).
Cancellations must be received by 4:00 PM the day of arrival or 1 night room and tax charge will be assessed.
$124.00 for a double queen room and $134.00 for a king room.  Added to guest room rates will be applicable state and local tax, currently 14%.  Free parking available.
 
CHECK- IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is by 11am.  Guests arriving prior to 4pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.  The front desk will arrange to check luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are not available.
 
BILLING INSTRUCTIONS
Individuals are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges.  Payment will be accepted in the form of a major credit card or cash.  Early check out fee may apply.
